GNSS ontvangers en machinesturingen nemen een speciale plaats in het leveringsprogramma in wegens de unieke manier van het verwerken van verschillende satellietsignalen.

Core Job Duties:

* To update managers and sales team by permanent consolidating, analyzing, and forwarding action summaries with demand of the customers

* Advice and support of the customers

* Proactive product, promotion, and pricing information by providing to the customer over the phone

* To clarify customer requests/complaints and follow up

* To expand the customers need by creating additional quotation, order processing/-handling over the phone (order management);

* Proactive support and collaboration with the sales team considering to achieve sales goals

* To create customer presentation, reports and templates

* To maintain of price lists and other sales related spreadsheets

* Strong coordination and interface to various departments and teams to ensure efficiency and transparency

* To ensure for transparent processes

Minimum Job Requirements:

 

Education & Experience:

* Completed economic education (bachelor or apprenticeship)

* At least 2-3+ years of professional experiences in the area of support sales or within sales

* Experiences with customer services / collaboration is an advantage

 

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

* Strong customer-oriented way of thinking (internal & external)

* Strong business thinking and approach

* Independent, proactive, diligent and structured working style

* High organizational skills

* flexible for diverse tasks without losing sight of each detail

* Expressive verbally and written

* languages: Dutch, French and English
