La société est spécialisée dans la vente, l’entretien et le support scientifique et technologique d’instruments de laboratoire. Grâce au partenariat exclusif d’Analis avec de grandes marques, nous occupons une place de distributeur privilégié sur le marché belge et ce depuis bientôt 100 ans. Nos clients sont des hôpitaux, des laboratoires de recherches, des laboratoires privés mais aussi des universités et l’industrie. Nous comptons environ 140 collaborateurs qui contribuent chaque jour au développement de notre chiffre d’affaires de plus de 45 millions d’euro.

The Job

• You provide application support, organize demonstrations & trainings, program and implement methods on automated liquid handling instruments.
• You analyse the customer needs, give input on how to automate the proces and assist in working out final solutions.
• You build up strong commercial and scientific customer relations in the field of laboratory automation.
• You work closely together with your collegues of the technical service to assure full support for your clients.
• Your customer base includes universities, research facilities, biotechnological and pharmaceutical laboratories in Belgium and Luxembourg.

The Candidate

• You have, preferably, experience with automating laboratory techniques (molecular biology, cell culture and liquid handling in general). Or, you have experience with above mentioned laboratory techniques and some affinity with automation and software programming.
• You are analytical and able to provide quick solution
• Programming experience (Visual Basic, Java Script, HTML, ...) is an asset.
• You have an higher education in biosciences, bioengineering, laborant or simular and have an interest in software programming and finetuning of automated liquid handling protocols..
• Practical experience in a laboratory is mandatory.
• You appreciate customer contact and have good listening and consulting skills.
• You are solution and result driven.
• You master, to some extent, the Dutch, French and English language (level B2 min)
