Mission details

  • Location: Antwerp + Brussels: on both sites min. 4 hrs/week + homeworking
  • Schedule: 20 hrs/week  
  • Duration: long-term permanent contract or freelance min. 3 months with possible extension
  • Permanent contract for long term or a Freelance contract for a short-term collaboration
  • Contract: flexible schedule depending on the daily/weekly needs

The Scope 

Our client is a Belgian consultancy specialising in corporate communications, crisis communications, media relations, public affairs, and internal communications & change.

With a constant evolving team, currently composed of 35 consultants/staff and offices in Brussels and Antwerp, for our client we are now looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Manager + HR Officer available 20 hours/week (Permanent or Freelance).

Mission: hunting and recruiting talented future staff members + active participation to recruitment strategy and HR projects.

Location: Homeworking + min. 2 x 4 hrs/week at their offices in Antwerp and in Brussels.

Your key tasks and responsibilities

To support our client’s HR Manager and the Director of Operations to recruit on site their future Managers, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition having a broad network of Senior candidates with background in Communication, Law, Political Sciences, Press, diplomatic or public relations…

Due to one vacancy with a Flemish/Antwerp focus and another vacancy for consultancy in internal communication and change management, it’s considered a plus to have a relevant background and/or network.

Main tasks

You will be responsible for the whole recruitment process for various Senior/Manager profiles:

  • Budget forecasting the positions and the recruitment needs
  • Determining the ideal profile and drafting job descriptions
  • Proactive search, direct approach and headhunting of Senior profiles
  • When needed, posting job advertisings on job boards & social networks
  • CV screening
  • Call screening + writing comprehensive reports
  • Presenting the potential profiles to your internal clients
  • Follow-up with all candidates (selected and non-selected ones)
  • Organising the interview with the internal Managers

When needed

  • Face-to-face interviewing the promising candidates + drafting Interview reports
  • Reference check, copy of diplomas and personality test will be parts of the process
  • Sending offers to the final candidates
  • Preparing all legal documents and work contract to onboard the new employees

Besides recruitment and depending on your skills, you could be invited to participate to punctual HR projects &/or the global HR strategy of the company like:

  • Develop, improve, and implement a standard Recruitment process with the HR Partners
  • Advise the HR Managers in the LinkedIn Company page, job board budget, onboarding project, Juniors’ Recruitment, Partnerships with Universities and Schools, among others.
  • Active participation to internal HR projects like car policy, working policies, etc

 

You could be our ideal candidate if you...

  • have relevant experience within Headhunting, Recruitment and Selection
  • are a good communicator in Dutch and French (both outstanding) and a good level of English (fluent)
  • hold a related Bachelor or Master degree
  • have an extensive experience in HR projects
  • have excellent knowledge/network of Senior profiles with background in Communication, Medias Relations, PR, Law, Public Affairs, Corporate Affairs, Press, …
  • have a recruitment strategy and process experience with proven track records
  • are a passionate HR professional with a large experience in recruiting Managers for a small business with tight deadlines
  • are available 20 hrs/week for a long term assignment or min. for a 3-months collaboration (the mission can be extended, and the schedule can be increased later: depending on your availability)
