A new function
In this new function you will be part of the JCDecaux team, worldwide leader an driver of innovation in the OOH business.
Data is key in our development strategy. And Belgium is one of the leading countries in this development.
As part of the Belgian marketing team, you are a driver of innovative data projects.
You’ll work closely with the colleagues in the marketing team, the digital team, the IT team and the international Data team of the Group. These are all people passionate to develop our business into a digital data business.
During 5 consecutive years we won an Amma Award as sales house of the year, a fantastic recognition for our transformation, our leading role in the OOH industry, and the launch of innovative projects. This of course could only be possible with the great team we are.
A clear mission
The mission of the marketing data expert is to be in the driving seats of data integration in the hart of our commercial activities, by developing our data expertise, launching new data projects, locally integrating international data projects and get the right data in the right tools.
To achieve this ambitious mission, you can count on our Belgian management that is really focusing on a data strategy, but also on the support of our international data and digital teams with great project managers, advanced data tools and the best data scientists.
A clear path
After a training program to know all about our company, our products, our commercial strategy, our marketing and data projects, our data tools, it ‘s up to you. A series of already existing and started up projects will be assigned to you. You will have to get the data in the right tools (ex. for reporting, programmic sales, planning), report about the data, train the marketing and commercial teams. You will be in contact with the international data team and you will follow-up on new data trends and technologies. As an expert you will also be asked to be part of client presentations.
Although you will have the opportunity to be trained on the spot, your curiosity will lead you to follow seminars on hot data topics, as well as sector initiatives (ex. Commpass).
But the most important is your personality that drives you to interact with other data experts and to do self-learning.

We are looking for a person with a unique mix of analytical skills and preciseness, commercial feeling an good communication skills, and above all curious about all future data developments.
You are a problem solver, you don’t sleep before you have found the right solution, so you can clearly take responsibility.
And above all, passion for what you do and the impact on the company is key.
We are looking for a high potential with a Bachelor's or Masters’ degree, with about 5 years of working experience, ideally in a market research or data department of a digital agency, a media company or a media agency.
Working in an international company, but within the Belgian department. Here you combine the family atmosphere with an innovative mindset.
