To strengthen our human resources team, we are looking for an HR Admin Officer who will be the point of contact for any question of human resources admin in Belgium. The job is based in Brussels.
 

He or she will be in charge of :

Personnel Administration

 

  1. Monitor and prepare data to establish payroll: Vacation request, Timesheet, expenses, …
  2. Prepare and carry-out integration of newcomers
  3. Maintain up-to-date employee file admin

 

Car Fleet management

  1. Contract follow-up of the car pool
  2. Daily management of the car pool

 

Profile :

  • Native / Bilingual in Dutch, good level of English (oral and written)  
  • Good conversational level in French is an asset
  • Graduat/Bachelor level in Human Resources / Personnel administration
  • Willing to learn and involve him/herself
  • Experience of 1-3 years in a similar function is an asset.
  • Organized, rigorous, social, sense of initiative & team spirit
  • Good knowledge of Belgian social legislation
  • Intensive knowledge of windows office softwares (word, excel: advanced level)
  • Knowledge of an ERP is a plus
  • To be comfortable with numbers.
