We offer a great opportunity for a Customer Technical Support Engineer to support our Sales activities with handling the technical demands of customers and offering the most suitable solutions. The CTS engineer plays a critical role with ensuring the technical knowledge of Customer products and processes within the company. At the interface of the Customers and the NLMK Quality Department, this position is responsible for engaging all phases of technical sales support, including analyzing customer needs in specific projects and product developments, supporting and analyzing customer requests for technical information or issue, and identifying opportunities for product and process optimization. Being autonomous and fast learner is essential.
